There are 4 consultancy programs available:
- Assessment and Care Planning (ACFI) - Our popular and individualised Assessment and Care Planning Program is now available as a distance (Age Concern Pty Ltd Live Classroom) as well as a face to face program. The live classroom is a real time, on-line program, reducing the fee of the program and eliminating all travel and accommodation costs, no longer penalising those in regional and remote areas.
- Contemporary Best Practice Program - This in-service progam assists your staff to change from a facility/staff focused care system to a truly resident focused care system in as little as five days. In this time, as they experience the benefits to the residents as well as to themselves, we have been able to have most staff support the changes in their attitudes and their practices.
- Contemporary Dementia Care Program - This in-service program assists your staff to change from a Special Care Unit to a unit of excellence in DEMENTIA CARE in as little as five days.
- Gap Analysis and Accreditation Preparation - There are times when a fresh pair of eyes can quickly identify any gaps in your management systems or quality cycles. Age Concern Pty. Ltd. is now offering an in-house review of documentation, processes and practices. The Gap Analysis will identify areas for improvement in documentation and practice, consistent with the requirements of the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency Ltd. We do not 'sell' you a new system, rather we assist you to maximise your existing documentation and practical processes and systems.
