PARENTS RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM
DID YOU KNOW THE GOVERNMENT IS PAYING FOR TRAINING?
If you fit the following criteria you may be eligible for a grant of up to $1000
- Are you a parent returning to the workforce?
- Have you been caring for dependent children and have not worked for more than four months (full time or equivalent part-time) during the last 2 years?
- Do you have at least one child under 12 years of age?
- Are you currently not employed and plan to return to paid work (full-time or part-time) in the next 12 months?
- Have you previously held paid employment?
- Are you an Australian citizen living in Victoria?
- Training is available in Certificate III in Aged Care Work; Certificate III in Home and Community Care and the Certificate IV in Business (Front Line Management) and is delivered as a flexible learning package via online or distance education.
Age Concern Pty Limited is registered to deliver training to eligible participants. A grant of up to $1000 is available for study and associated child care costs.
